The US judge who ruled against Elon Musk’s massive pay package as chief executive of Tesla has accused the carmaker’s chairwoman Robyn Denholm of misleading investors about what her court had originally found.
Delaware Chancery Court judge Kathaleen McCormick originally ruled in February that a package of shares handed to the billionaire six years ago – now worth $US100 billion ($155 billion) – could not be justified and had been made by a board too close to Mr Musk.
