‘Overvalued’: Early verdict on DigiCo float feels like a GyG rerun
David Di Pilla cleverly and quickly seized on the hottest story in markets to get his listing away. But a bigger debate is brewing on the data centre sector.
In just under two weeks, HMC Capital’s chief executive and talisman, David Di Pilla, will end the year by doing what many in Australia’s capital markets would have considered impossible just a few months ago.
He’ll successfully get away a proper, chunky sharemarket float when data centre landlord DigiCo Infrastructure REIT hits the boards on December 12.
