On Monday morning, the taxpayer-funded Clean Energy Finance Corporation announced $US75 million in public money would be given to Resource Capital Funds (RCF).

It’s a global private equity firm headquartered in Colorado but with regional offices in Perth and Sydney. And this massive cheque from Australia’s “green bank” was to “drive decarbonisation” in the country’s mining projects – particularly in critical minerals.
