Fintech founder buys late Wallaby’s clifftop home for $18.6m

The co-founder of HR onboarding software Flare, Daniel Cohen, and his wife, Gina, have taken the keys to one of the most striking clifftop mansions at Sydney’s eastern beaches, which was also the home of late Wallabies winger and property developer Alan Cardy.

In February, the Cohens paid $18.55 million for the contemporary tri-level mansion, which straddles the South Coogee clifftop, setting a suburb record in the process. Their purchase was confirmed by recently updated settlement documents.
