Dovetail employee sues start-up and founder over personal relationship

The chief executive of Dovetail, one of Australia’s biggest software start-ups, is being sued by a senior company lawyer over a personal relationship between the two that ended years ago.

The company, which sealed its status as a unicorn when it hit a $1 billion valuation in late 2021, is backed by several large venture capital firms including Palo Alto-headquartered Accel and local giant Blackbird.
