Dallas | Star outfielder Juan Soto and the New York Mets agreed on Sunday (Monday AEDT) to a record $US765 million ($1.2 billion), 15-year contract, a person familiar with the deal said, a deal that could escalate to $US805 million and is believed to be the largest pact in team sports history.
