Twenty years ago this month, David Harrison, then a very successful commercial real estate agent, joined a small, private property funds management business called Charter Hall.
Within six months it listed with $500 million of funds under management, and within two decades it transformed into an $80 billion property funds management giant controlling the largest diversified real estate portfolio in the country.
