On Sunday Joe Biden visited the Amazon rain forest in Brazil, Donald Trump attended a cage fight at Madison Square Garden in New York, and Anthony Albanese went to church.

Albanese, a self-described “flawed Catholic” who ­ occasionally attends mass, has been doing so with increasing frequency in recent months.
