Taking a step back from professional life this year has given our family the opportunity to reflect on what we value and how we spend our time. This reflection led to a memorable journey through eight countries, covering 13,000 kilometres in a compact European car.

Surprisingly, the highlight wasn’t the stunning architecture or diverse cuisine – it was the 130 hours spent in the car with my wife and daughters.
